Someone help! Urgent?!

So I bought a used ipad from eBay! It arrived and I can't get on to it because it is asking for apple id and password! I've never had anything from apple before so I don't know what to do! I don't know how old it is so if I went into the apple store would they reset it? If I used my sisters id to log in would I be able to create a new id and sign in using that later? Or can I create an id somewhere else? Can I connect it to iTunes and will everything just reset? Any answers are very appreciated! I only payed £88…

Need a new electronic for entertainment whilst in hospital?

Okay, so I am going into hospital early next year as I will be undergoing major jaw surgery. I will be in the hospital under strict surveillance for 3 days and then I will be out of school for 3 weeks. I need suggestions for a new electronic to keep me entertained. I can only spend $320 aud and I need something I can watch movies on or is DVD drive compatible. I am a strong apple customer and not really a fan of android. So maybe an IPad mini or a cheap ipad? Thank you:)

How to know my killer wifi/lan on my MSI Apache Pro is working?

I have had my laptop a week now and for general internet browsing its fine, but when gaming online if my friends connect to me - on say Borderlands 2, they lag like mad, when I connect a ethernet cable to my laptop they dont lag as much but they still jump about my screen. There are only my phone and currently iPad connected to the internet. Anything I can do?
