Can I sue AT&T for hardships?

I was hired on to AT&T on June 14th, 2013. In January I got injured and after two months of disability, my bosses basically found a way to get rid of me. This is not my complaint, just a small background.

Officially, I turned in my badge, truck keys, iPad and iPhone on May 15th, 2014, and was actually escorted off the garage premises because I was no longer an AT&T employee. My hearing the union set up failed as well.

According to the Union, my official day of termination was June 2nd, 2014. Today is June 20th and I am still waiting on unemployment, which has already been approved. However, AT&T is still claiming me as a full time employee. Because of this, I cannot get unemployment, nor can I get hired on to another job. I just recently got asked to join another large company but when they called AT&T, the HR rep said I was still working, so I lost that opportunity.

I am now heavily in debt to my bank, who is charging me overdraft fees like crazy. I will probably lose my apartment, my cell phone, etc. In the next few weeks because I cannot pay anything. I have to visit my parents just to eat, and I'm 27 years old. My girlfriend of 5 years is having more arguments with me due to stress. My life is falling apart and AT&T isn't even letting me work at another employer while they bury me.

What do I need to do to file a case, if I have one?

I own a jailbroken iPad 2 and I forgot my password?

Is there any thing I an do to fix it? It isnt on the latest version of IOS. Any hacks? Can i take it to The Apple Store? Please respond.

I want to sell my designs but need someone to do the printing for me?

I have been searching all over the internet to try and find a suitable website that could print my designs but I can't find one that is cheap enough. For example custom iPad covers (the leather flip kind) are £39.99,(can't remember the website) this is the price I'd want to be selling them for.
When a customer wanted to purchases one of my designs I wanted to be able to do the design up and place the order myself as my designs are personalised to the customer, this makes it difficult as I can't do bulk orders. It seems unlikely that I would get someone to do cheap printing of my single design so I could resell it? The main items I would want printed on is Cushions, Tote bag, T shirts, frosted mugs

The only other option I could think of if there was a website that could host my website or store that could also do the printing for me. There seems to be plenty of American websites but I'm struggling to find a UK one. Or if you live in the UK (northern Ireland ) can i use an American company? The only problem I have with this is that I would prefer if the products came to me first as I'd want to check them before they reached the customer

Ah so complicated, if someone could shed some light on this for me, other companies seem to be able to do this so please help me if you can! :)

Well i have this annoying 5 year old girl cousin that has an ipad. And im trying to play a game. But she keeps hogging the internet. Not my internet is slow. What to do with an issue dealing with my niece?

My niece just turned 12 years old about a week ago. Her mom is gone at times because she travels for work in the fashion business. My niece's step dad is at home but, he works 3rd shift though. Which they live with my mom, my younger sister, and I. My mom + younger sister are disable. Which I'm a healthy normal human being. So the issue is that when my niece's parent are not home she acts like she can let things slide. Like she doesn't do her chores on time she does them very late or doesn't do them at all and forgets them. She always uses my younger sister Ipad way more than her. She's always playing games. She's always leaves her toys on on the floor + clothes. It happens more than once. Even when I tell her to stop doing something or to do something she doesn't quit listen to me. But when her parent tell her to do something she does it. I get it that I'm not her parent, but it's still my responsibility though when her parent are not home. I don't want her to walk all over. I do want to talk to her step dad (which is my older brother) about it but, how in a nice way though? Give me some advice what to do. My mom would tell me to let it go but, the thing is that I live with them too.
