Is someone stealing my wifi?

I have got a net gear router which is password protected, although up until about 2 months ago it was unsecured because I didn't know how to secure it. I have noticed that even when my iPad is turned off and not connected to the Internet that the lights on my modem and router are flashing like crazy and also sometimes my wireless disconnects when I'm using it or is really slow.Is someone using my wireless or have I got a virus or something? If someone is using it how do I find out who it is and stop them?

Is it safe to apply glue on my nose?

So I've been looking forward to make some pore strips using some tutorials on YouTube but I didn't have any gelatine or milk to make the usual milk + gelatine pore strips. Then I found this other tutorial that uses glue instead of gelatine and milk. I can't really post the link here because I'm using my iPad but just search for 'diy pore strips' by the user hausofcolor.In the tutorial, she applied Elmer's white glue and she said she had a little bit of skin irritation.Do you think it's just her skin that's sensitive to glue or all glues are like that? Because I'm looking forward to try it but is it gonna cause skin irritation? Please answer ASAP, tq :)

I used to watch espn america but since espn stopped brodcasting nfl games in europe and gamepass şs too expensive. I want to watch games highlight videos on my ipad. I downloaded scoremobile and scorecenter but none has video highlight feature. Which app should ı use

Looking for an ipad app about descriptions?

I need something to compliment a lesson for 5-6year old on what a description is and how we write one? I want to use the ipads as part of this lesson but don't know what sort of app I could use to reinforce the lesson. Any suggestions - preferably a free app pls.

I don't know whether to get an ipad 2 or the ipad mini?

Well i want the ipad 2 because:
its cheap
its big so i can watch movies and do work and surf the internet
BUT
it doesn't have a very good resolution
it doesn't have siri, and other things that the new ipad has

i want the ipad mini:
it has better resolution
its very cheap
it has everthing the new ipad has (apart from the big size)
BUT
its very small and i want it so i can watch movies

these two ipads are the only options for me

which one would you rather get?
i want some opinions

Can Verizon interfere with my iPads ability to surf via wifi?

If I buy an ipad with both 3G and wifi and don't pay for it on my next bill is there anything they can do to block my wifi connection? I know I'm being super dishonest but Verizon has screwed me for years

Great app design ideas?

I am helping redesign an app for ios and I was wondering if anyone wished to contribute what they look for in a quality app for iphone and ipad etc.
The app is a town guide sponsored by business but edited by the user after registering for free.
It literally is a community building and directing app.

If anyone has any sensible suggestions I would be happy to hear them and pass them on to the programmers.
