Ipad mini with retina for typing papers?

I already have a pretty nice windows desktop that I intend to take for my main college use, but I will need something for traveling to and from school and home. I'm not really interested in laptops because I already have the desktop and the expense of a decent laptop is too much. My question is could I get by with buying an Ipad mini with a keyboard for typing papers and general college research on the go? Also would I run into a lot of problems using windows and ios? (pages/word compatibility.etc)

Should I get a 16 or 32gb iPad?

At the moment I have a 8gb iPod which holds everything I need at the moment (500 songs and apps), but I'm going into essay and exam time so I want to be able to make documents and powerpoints as well as use the music apps for my GCSE's. So I decided to get an iPad but I don't know about storage. I would probably have 2-3 documents on it at a time, and about 500 - 600 songs, I'm not a heavy app user but I would use things like skype and facebook. I do have a dropbox account if that would help free up some space. I just don't really have a clue at the moment.

Is there a program or a plugin in Cydia that can download flash games and play the,? I play flash games online by using the puffin app, by the way, you can put plugins into the puffin app, but I didn't search for a plugin that much.

What is the best free remote desktop app for iPad?

I have tried many but they want a "port number".
Um, yeah. Like I'm supposed to know that.
I can find my IP code with Command and i dont want to
get a port number. DONT TELL ME HOW TO CHECK MY
PORT NUMBER! I want a free simple app, and theres many but they all stink.
Its for my windows 7 laptop (I am a windows fan with an ipad lol)

Apple Account help?!

Basically I created a new Apple ID. I don'nt want to put my credit card details in and I dont have a gift card but I still want to download free apps. I've done this before previously and just selected none for no detail but it has no option for this. I've tried this online on a computer, on an Ipad and on a Ipod 3rd gen. None of them are coming up with the option 'none' and whenever I try to log in, because its a new account it says I need to review my account details. Please help.

Is PS VITA worth getting?

I just wondering like is it worth it to buy PS Vita. I actually don't like to play games on portable devices ( like my 3DS that i rarely use since i bought it.such a waste ) and apps that i have on my iPads and iPhones. I don't play them. But i actually a huge fan of console games. I always use my PS3 and PS4.And sometimes i play games on my xbox too. But i just wanna ask your opinion.

Should i buy it?

Can it somehow connects on my iDevices or my game consoles?

What are the benefits if i buy it?

What are some popular games out there that i can play if i buy it?
