Does NSA spy on me? Apple i pad mini 3 view photos?

Does NSA view my pictures stored on my ipad mini 3? I have some interesting pictures and I just don't want to get caught. I mean, embarassed.

What the name of this game is?

I believe it's an app you can download on ipads (or at least, you used to be able to) and it's this game about a little boy trying to find and save his lost mom. The main portion of the game is set in a really cold, winter-y setting. There's a village with people and a blacksmith, and at one point there's a sort of ice cave you have to travel through. The boy has to warm up near torches from time to time or he ll freeze to death, until he is given a suit he can wear to keep himself warm at all times, and eventually you gain the ability to change the seasons. It's sort of like a puzzle/story game. I know this is a long shot, but can anyone help me find this game?
