IPad Mini or Kindle Fire? - 1

I'll be entering college in the fall of 2014 (which I know is over a year away, but it's closer than one might think). I have a MacBook Pro and even an iPhone 4, but I was just wondering if there is any actual use or difference of buying an iPad Mini than what I can do on my laptop? Is it really even a necessary item to buy? I want one, but the more I think about it, the less sense it makes.

I want a tablet of some sort, though. Would I be better of going with a Kindle since I already have a MacBook?

Why would one buy a regular iPad over the Mini?

I've had my iPad Mini for about 3 weeks now and absolutely love it. But, other than the retina display that the regular size has, I'm simply not convinced as to why anyone would choose the normal size over the Mini when the Mini just seems significantly more convenient a device. Anyone agree or can you convince me?

I am getting pop ups in new tabs?

So first off, I keep getting a flash player update popup in my new tab.It looks like this:



I also keep getting popups from Youtube and Facebook surveys saying I have a chance to win an ipod, ipad or something else I cant remember. -.- Now I KNOW this is not normal. How do I stop the popups? I have a free trial of Norton 360. I also use Google Chrome

How come every time I try to import photos/videos from my iPad, the videos fail?

Every time I try Importing my videos and pictures from the iPad, The photos show up just fine in windows photo gallery, but the videos end up elsewhere? Before I deleted Realplayer, they ended up there, but I couldn't watch them, they were Quicktime movies, and I tried to drag them to movie maker and it said that the codec was missing. I keep trying to upload the videos to PHOTO GALLERY, and they don't show up there.

help please, anything would be greatly appreciated!

My fiance would rather play video games then to have sex or do anything with me?

When I suggest having sex my fiance complains/starts a fight over an irrelevant issue/tells me I 'demand sex to much' or says maybe later (when later comes I don't) its not just once or twice in a blue moon he does it, I understand he could be tired or playing his ipad games or he just doesn't want to but its every time I want to have sex its going on months now its been getting to me in a big way I'm thinking of leaving him that's how bad its gotten. I've talked to him about it and he says he'll only play early in the am or at night when I'm asleep. This did not happen. … The only time he wants to have sex or make love is when its convenient for him//so pretty much never.My self esteem has suffered greatly… I'm at the end of my rope. He is playing his game every spare second he has, he even takes it in the bathroom. :/

Changing my apple ID?

Me and my husband share an apple ID on our phones, iPads and iPods. I want to have my own ID on my phone but if I change it on my phone will it change my husbands on his phone and iPod.

Any thoughts about when will iPad mini become obsolete?

I am wondering in how many years Apple will stop alowing iOS updates for iPad mini (first gen), and also how long can it take before new apps (or app updates) stop being compatible with this product (and its latest possible iOS)? I assume it should support iOS8 easily and limited options of iOS9 but what worries me is that, regarding the hardware, it's same as iPad 2, which doesn't even support Siri nowadays.
Would it be a good idea to buy an iPad mini next month, or should I wait for couple more months and buy an upgraded version - iPad mini 2?

P.S.
this is my first tablet purchase, I was looking for a Nexus 7 first because of its positive reviews and its price, but I gave up because all of those multiple hardware issues with touch-screen, charging, etc.caused by bad manufacturing.

P.P.S.
I don't want to sell and replace this product as soon as the new one come out, so I'm looking for a product that I can use for a couple of years. Should I go with an iPad mini or wait for the mini 2.

What microphone connects to iPad?

I want to record videos (of me singing and playing guitar) onto YouTube but the built in microphone isn't that good. I couldn't find a microphone that connected to the iPad, any ideas?
Preferably without any software you have to buy/download
