How to enable comment replies on youtube with an ipad?

Im using an ipad air… I also use my ipad to watch videos on youtube… I use the youtube app for ipad… But if i comment on any video for any help i dont get any reply… Coz others cant reply on my comments… Its disable… How can i enable it with my ipad? And where can i check if im getting any reply or not… Will it notify me if someone replies to my comments?

Ipad air or the iPad mini retina?

Im in the market for a new iPad for university. I'm stuck between the iPad air and the iPad mini retina. I will use it for browsing the web, reading PDF's and using pages, number and keynote here and there which will sync with my macbook via iCloud. I'm sure I would rather the extra display space of the air but am not too sure if it is worth the extra $100.

Added (1). It's just that the chips are jaggy and annoying on my hand. And don't say "Get a case for it" because I do, I just like to hold my iPad on its own.

IS MY IPHONE OR IPAD SAFE?

I just can't stop worrying about the security of iphone and ipad. Perhaps I am sensitive, but from the perspective of technology, is there any probability that the screen of my phone or tablet can be seen by other person in real time? I know that FBI or CIA has super power and perhaps they can easily do this… But can a normal people see the screen? Like with an app or some software if they know my phone number?

My anxiety and sense of responsibility?

I have anxiety and I am getting treatment but I just want to know how a person would perceive this:
I am a 23 year old girl. I am responsible. I feel that some of my anxiety has an excuse for example, the way I see it humans can make mistake thus I have to check if my doors are locked multiple times at night. I'm worried someone might be hiding in the house so I check that multiple times as well but sometimes as I am drifting away I kind of remember or just wonder what if I didn't properly switch off the ipad charger it could cause a fire and people might get hurt because of my irresponsibility even if I had checked that already. Also, when I want to sleep and someone's charging their laptop and using it I have trouble sleeping because I feel I want them to turn it off because they might forget to or something.
Am I supposed to have more faith in people in these terms? Am I too responsible? I just do not want people to get hurt.

Any thoughts?
