I CAN'T DOWNLOAD APPS?!

I have an iPhone 4s. When i try to go to the app store and download or update any free app its says sign in required, i sign in and my payment information pops up, its because my credit card declined, i have no money in it. I don't have the "none" option. Its not there! I know that the none option was there last time, and now its completely gone. Its also happening to my iPad from school. People are saying i have to just create a new Apple ID but i don't think i can for my iPad because its the school's and they had us put the Apple ID given to us. I'm just really mad now because i can't download any apps and don't know what to do. Is there any way i can fix this problem without creating a new Apple ID? Please help thanks!

(Also, is there any other countries that have the option? I'm in the U.S)

How to fax using My all in one printer?

Ok, so we bought a printer yesterday, it's an All in one printer, features, scans, copies, faxes, and it's wireless, it's linked with my ipad. We want to know *How to use the Fax Machine, on the all in one printer, *Without The Phone Line** … We have Wireless internet with a modem, no phone tho ok?

I was wondering if there is a way to send faxes with the Device connected to the internet. INSTEAD of it being connected to a Phone line. Get it? When answering this, please don't take the fax machine out of the equation.

The All in one Printer is a Canon, MX450 Series.

Apple Mac or an iPad?

So my dad said he would get me one or the other. I already have an almost new laptop and I have an iphone 5 too (incase that aids in a decision)

I can either get;
A) A reconditioned Apple Mac for around £500/£600
B) A brand new iPad maximum £500

Apps not downloading?

I have an iPad Air for school. We downloaded a self service app which gives us all the apps we need to download, once we click on them, it takes us to the App Store or iTunes Store (App Store just to download but iTunes because we need to redeem them) So I clicked on an app called Wire Share 2014 and I had to redeem this one, and I accidentally deleted it (I can be very clumsy) thinking that it was words with friends. I can't redeem the app again, but I need to use it for school on Tuesday and if I search it on the App Store nothing comes up. Please help! I really need this app!

Ipad just showing battery status?

when i updated my ipad to ios 7 it started giving me error messages and i started fixing them and then it shut down and now no matter what i so it wont show me anything other than the battery status when i try to charge it
PS i tried to force it to recovery mode and it didn't work

Selling iPad mini with flappy birds?

I have an iPad mini white and it's only a month old, and I have flappy birds on it. I was wondering, could I sell it? And if I could where should I sell it And how much could I get for it?

Ps: it's the original version of flappy birds before all the apple products got the update where the background changed color and everything, would this affect the asking price?

Jailbroken ipad doesn t turn on?

Hello, I have a jailbroken ipad and I downloaded a tweak that was not supported on ios 7. And when I wanted to delete this tweak ipad turned off. Now I want to turn it on. But all I see is apple logo. I've been waiting 20 minutes but nothing happened. What can i do to fix the problem?

School workload making me super stressed and depressed?

my school workload is ridiculous. Take yesterday for example: i spent the first 7.5 hours of my day at school, then i had to go straight from school to work, which lasted another 5.5 hours. Then i got home and did homework for 3 hours. By that point it was after midnight and i still hadn't completed any of my homework or even gotten close to studying.

even on days i don't have work i struggle to finish. I'll have at least an hour in every subject in homework, then at least an hour of revision and study for each subject, i do 4 subjects. It's virtually impossible. There's nothing i can do to change the workload, every school where i am does it this way.

i'm just so angry, sad, i'm getting sick very easily, i can't sleep, and i'm lacking motivation in EVERYTHING. I can't do this. And to make things worse i have a backpack with 4 binders, 4 textbook, 4 notebooks, an ipad, pencil case, and school planner to carry to and from school (20 min walk). It's heavy af and there's nothing i can do to weigh it down. I've done as much as i can. Everyone at my school has this problem, some are better at coping, some are worse. But everyone i talk to is not happy. I go to a super strict catholic private school. They care more about uniform and supplies than they do the education (if a girl even has the wrong color hair tie she'll be sent home until she gets the right color). But the amount of homework they give us is ridiculous, and some of it completely pointless. Our winter break homework for my english language class literally took around 10 hours all together and the topic of the homework won't even be assessed at all ever.

how do i cope with this?!
Added (1). i really want to work in the psychology field when i leave school and study psychology in college. But i have NO motivation at all to do anything.
