I really don't want to do the new software update that keeps popping up on my ipad because the ipad is used specifically for my online business and I'm worried it'll mess something up.

So what would happen if I just never update it?

I can't open a PDF file?

I can't open a PDF file from my insurance company. It will not open on my Imac, my Ipad or my Iphone. I emailed to a friend who had no trouble opening it on his Macbook and he emailed it back to me opened. What is going on?
