How to find out if someone hacked my iPad?

My school is using iPads and some perv told me that if I didn't show him a pic of me that he would hack my iPad I want to find out if he hacked it. I'm not allowed to download apps the school has signed in with their account and I will get in trouble if I sign out.

Should I get an iPad or iPod?

The 5th generation iPod touch looks beautiful and really convincing to me.
If I were to get it, I'd get the 64GB version around December or January.

Then again, I heard rumors about the iPad mini and iPad 4 and stuff, about keynotes happening early 2013 and I'd definitely throw them my money if they come out with a new iPad, having all the features the iPhone 5 has.

The iPod Touch gives me more portability, but if it's an iPad mini, I honestly don't care. I don't know.
If I buy an iPod Touch and then an iPad 4 comes out in a few months, I'd be pissed.

How to download free music onto your iPad 3?

I've tried 4Shared, 4Sync and Youtube to MP3 Converter but none of them seem to be working for me. Its confirmed that there are no problems with my iPad to stop me from downloading music. Anyone have any suggestions?

I've been playing Minecraft on my iPad and it's cool except for the lack of diverse terrain. I noticed at the beginning you can type in a "seed" for the terrain. I recently dropped my ipad 2 and it barely cracked near the top right corner.it worked for a while but now it stopped.It is fully charged but when i turn it on, the screen light up but it wont show the home screen.It will be black and when i hit the sleep or home button, it shows a light grey screen, how do i get it to work again? ive already tried holding the home and sleep button for 10 seconds and it didnt work.
