Selling my javascript iPad app?

I am a small developer and have put together an iPad app made out of Javascript. Can I sell this in the apple store as an app? Does it cost money to do so?

I am deaf. I have been looking at a computer program that will closed caption what people say as they say it. The company is called Auditory Services. The requirements for this program is as follows:

Microsoft's Windows Vista or
newer operating system
(Professional Edition also
compatible with Windows XP)
§ 1 GB or more of RAM (2 GB is
required for Professional Edition)
§ 1.8 GHz or faster CPU (an Intel i5
or faster CPU is recommended).
§ At least 500K available disk space
(3 GB for Professional Edition).

I don't want to have to carry a personal computer around. I would like something smaller like a nookbook or tablet or something.

My Ipad got an update?

And now the youtube app that looks like a mini-tv is gone. How do I get it back? It was an original app but somehow it got deleted without me deleting it.So how do I find it and get it back?
Added (1). Where is it? I looked some up and it was just like either video editing or crap like that. And I have an app that says youtube but it just puts me on safari which I need the new adobe version installed and an Ipad is not compatible.

Okay, so today I was told I'd get Siri on my iPad 2 if I updated it with IOS6. Thinking I'd get Siri, I foolishly updated it. Now I'm extremely peeved.

I find out Siri can't be for the iPad 2, and my YouTube app is gone. I used it a lot. Now it's gone, and I'm not very happy with Apple.

My question is: Will Apple (or anyone) make the YouTube app again? I did get the YouTube app for the iPhone… But it's so buggy, I can't leave the app, and play the music while browsing through the Internet. Please help or let me on some info here!

Youtube gone from iPad after iOS 6?

FIRSTLY
I know that the Youtube app was supposed to be gone after iOS 6, im not stupid.
SECONDLY
I CANNOT download it from the app store because it is only for the iphone, therefore, horrible quality, plus that ugly iphone keypad.
THIRDLY
I cannot watch youtube on my browser because its so … Horribly layed out, i cant work with it, and i cant even stand watching it like that.

Please help, if you have the same problem, feel free to post that here aswell… Thanks in advance

I have the iPad 2, WiFi + 3G.
It is updated to iOS 6.
I am aware of the missing apps.

If you own an iPad 2 would you buy aniPhone 5 or 4?

I currently own an iPad 64 gb I'm so used to it. I never own any other iPhone but when I saw iPhone 5 it just reminds me of my iPad, just smaller. Would you guys buy an iPhone or a different phone just to get a different feeling? What are your thoughts?

Taking handwritten notes with iPad?

I am an engineering student. I do a lot of math and science problems and was thinking about buying an iPad. I wanted to start taking my notes on iPad but was wondering if I can take handwritten notes on it. Some of my professors post.pdf's and word documents online and we are supposed to print them out and take notes on there. Was wondering if i'd be able to write directly on the.pdf or doc file.
Also, is there a program that converts handwritten notes to text as you are writing it?

If I attach some of my skin to a glass stirring stick would it work as an iPad stylus?

I am so frustrated about drawing on my iPad. All the styluses that you can buy are flimsy and sticky and unstable and they don't glide well on the screen. If I attached some of my skin from like my foot or something to a harder stick would it work or does the iPad ONLY work with fingers and styluses that are made for tablets?

I downloaded iOS 6 on my iPad 3. Played with Siri a bit. Downloaded the iPhone app for Youtube. Now what? There's nothing really interesting to explore for i OS 6. The notification center stayed the same.

Why won't my network connect to certain servers/sites?

I am temporarily staying at my parents house and trying to work from 2 remote desktops while I am here. The first RDP is working fine, the 2nd however cannot connect! I went over everything and discovered that when I use my own prepaid internet on my ipad (which I don't particularly want to use) I am able to connect fine, I only have this problem when trying to get on using my parents wifi.My mother was also tring to get onto our local credit union internet banking but received and error message saying 'internet explorer cannot display the page', and again when we used my prepaid internet, we don't have any issues. I am having this problem on my mother's computer, my laptop, my ipad and iphone. Has anyone come across this before? I would really appreciate anyones opinion on how to resolve this issue :)
