What's wrong with my Ipad? - 5

My Ipad was working great last week but suddenly the volume isn't as loud as before. Whenever I play a video or music on it the sound isn't loud enough. Can somebody please provide a solution to this.

What do I say to a toddIer that talks back?

I'm 17, my cousin is 4 and a half. For example Today I said to him "Look ______ doggies!" From the dinner table and he on the couch. He was going "where!" Looking Outside. I told him on the tv. He only sat back down and continued watching people play Mario on his IPad and shouted "I already know that. Don't tell me because I'm not interested." I the child That that's just sad
But then after a while what the little boy said dawned on me as quite rude. And I don't think I want to allow him to continue to walk all over me as he grows up. I'm sick of being the 'big sister/cousin thing' that doesn't have a say in anything! Should I have Just told him that was rude and not to say it again?!

My mums new iPad from months ago is asking for a passcode. She can't remember if she opened it instore or not.it hasn't been set up.any idea?

My teacher was making a seating chart and was like okay you sit by me or you can sit by the other teacher. What does that mean?

why does she think I need a teacher to sit next to me and I would try to sit somewhere else but she made me sit next to the teacher aid or her. And she walks around with and iPad when we do notes and would come stand by me. Like what does this mean why do I have to sit next to the teacher?

Ipad pro 2 or surface pro?

I'm looking to get a tablet. I've never own one before and I've narrowed it down to either the new 2017 surface pro or the ipad pro 2. I see both seam to get a lot of hate and a lot of fans. I really just want a tablet that I can use the internet, maybe type some papers in public, plays some small games, and screw around on. Basically casual usage. I however want to get what I pay for and not be ripped off. Which would be worth the money? I'm going to spend around $1,300 on it. I already have a laptop and desktop so this won't be my only computer.

Should I go with the ipad pro 2 or surface pro?
