Family Members owe me money?

My mom, sister, and grandpa owe me $130. My sister owes me $10 for a taxi because my mom did to want to pay it, my mom owes me $60 because I cleaned the whole house every Saturday for $5 a week ($5x12 weeks=$60), and my grandpa owes me $60 because I took care of the dog for 3 weeks at $20 a week. They All got mad at me saying that they took care of me and that's the least I could do. My sister always steals my money but I have no proof that she steals it so se doesn't get in trouble. My mom is notorious for stealing people's money as she took my little brother's, little sister's, and my older sister's check from their dad. So she took $900 from them. My grandpa usually pays me for te dog but he didn't because he said he fired me when I forgot to bring him outside when my grandpa was home ONCE! He isn't going though tough times because he just bought a macbook, ipad for my grandma, and an iPod for my cousin. Help because I need this money to care for my pets!

Why does my internet keep disabling?

For whatever reason, my internet keeps disabling. I'll be using my Ipad, and then everything with wifi stops working. To temporarily fix it, I have to change the wifi password. I type in the code thing to access my internet settings into the URL box, type in admin name and password, change password( or, can be the same as old one, i literally just have to click save settings and it works). Then, i reconnect to my internet, type in password, and bam it works. It normally disables every 2-5 days, which is really annoying. How do i stop my internet from being disabled? It's not payments or anything, i assure you.

P.S. My computer doesn't disconnect, and yes it's connected with a cable to the wifi/router/modem.

How to deal with difficult customers?

I sell consumer electronics. I didn't build or design them. I can easily tell customers whether or not we have certain items in stock and how much we are sell the products for.
I run into trouble when customers start to ask me very detailed questions about the products. When I have tried to help the customer by attempting to read the box, the customer becomes angry saying "I don't need you to read what's on the box."
I have had some challenging customers.
One customer said "A friend told me that you could sell me a cable that will fix the problem I am having with my computer." So I asked him what kind of computer he owned. He said "a friend gave me my computer and I am not sure who makes it." I then attempted to paraphrase what he said to me "So, you think that I can sell you a cable that will fix the problem you are having with your computer, but you don't know what kind of computer you have." He looked at me clueless. I became nervous and started laughing. The situation seemed ridiculous to me.
"What kind of problem are you having with your computer?"
"I don't know," he said. "It's not working."
The customer then went to the Customer Service Manager, complaining that I was laughing at him.
Another customer asked me if certain applications that she needs to use would work on an Apple iPad. I tried to look on the box but there were no application details on the box. "Why are you looking at the box?" She asked me. "Don't you know?"
When I called a Apple store, she left.

Can companies make you do dumb things by the terms and agreements?

Can you update from iOS 5 to iOS 6 now?

I really dislike iOS 7 and my current iPad 2 is on iOS 6.2. I would like to upgrade to a refurbished iPad 2 with greater storage, but iPad 2 was released with iOS 5 (if I am not wrong). Is there a way to update to iOS 6 then?

My iPad keeps on flickering with red lines and bubbles?

I've had my iPad for 2 years and I have never had any problems with it but recently my screen is flickering with red lines and bubbles. I haven't dropped it or spilt water on it so I am very unsure in why this is happening. If you have had this problem in the past and have successfully fixed it please tell me how you did it, thank you.
