I tried pressing the power button and the little round button below the screen but neither one turns on the screen.
I've tried several times but no success.
what can I do?

1) Yes, the battery is not dead because the last time I used it, which was about 15 minutes before I started to get this problem, it had 39% battery power left.
2) Also for some reason, it can still connect to my laptop through iTunes.
3) Yes, it's updated to the latest OS.
