So I'm building a gaming pc, it won't be ready for a few more weeks. But the summer sale on Steam is going on now.Do I have to have steam downloaded to a desktop in order to buy the games and download them later? Or can I just make an account on my iPad and buy the games on my steam account, then download them to my new pc when it's built. Pls help and thank you!
