I recently changed my internet to WOW!, and it's been great for the Windows Laptops that I have. But when it comes to my sister's Macbook Air, and her other apple products, the internet just doesn't seem to connect. On my sister's Mac, I would type in the correct password for the internet, then it takes a few seconds to try to connect, then it won't work stating " Connection Timeout". The same goes for her Ipad and Iphone. The internet only seems to be working for Windows products, and not Apple? We had AT&T internet before, and everything connected fine, but now that we switched, only Apple things don't seem to connect. Please help. Thank you!
