My mom got a router (Verizon). The wireless would only work on her laptop, it doesn't work for any other devices like; ipad, cell phone, other laptops, ipods. Well, my mom's computer is broken and will not turn on. But the wireless will not connect to my laptop, every time I click it to connect, it doesn't even try to connect anymore, it goes straight to troubleshoot. Can someone help me please! I've tried troubleshooting and it says it can't find the problem, my mom called Verizon but they didn't fix anything.
