Heyy I want to start making animations
I was wondering what should I buy?
A tablet perhaps?
Im thinking
iPad Air 2 And a stylus? Because I cant afford iPad Pro but it cant run programs like Adobe Flash / Macromedia Flash which I use for making animation
A graphic tablet?
I do have a laptop but its specs are quite low
A tablet PC perhaps?
maybe a surface pro 3? But what alternative can you provide me because surface is quite expensive,,,.
Any recommendations and I want something that comes with a stylus
my budget is 400 dollars (or 20,000 philippine peso)
