I currently have an iPad 2 wifi. I'm looking to get an upgrade. I know the 4th gen iPad is out, and the iPad mini. I want a retina display but not as much as LTE. If I get the iPad 4th gen it would be wifi only due to price. And if I get the iPad mini it would be LTE.It sucks that the mini lacks retina.
I don't care about the size. I am so torn =\
