I am going to small claims court to sue a lady who rear ended my car. (She claims I reversed into her while I was stopped at a red light).
I have photos of the damages and a diagram depicting what happened. Would it be okay to bring in my 7" tablet or should I print out the actual photos and diagram?
If I do print out the photos and diagram, can the cost of those items be included in my judgement?
