OK, so i would just like to know what it would take to design this kind of app.
I want to design a browser app for IOS devices (iPad, iPod, whatever) that is like any other browser, but doesn't allow you to clear your history and one where it sends activity reports to any e mail specified (like x3 watch). what would it take and is it possible to design on a pc? can it be done for free on a pc or mac?
