When i open itunes i cant see all the apps, so everytime drag the pdf to my itunes the pdf opens in ibooks, but i want it to open in another app (doc as) … how can i do this

Added (2). Oh and i tried evernote. The sync process reaches 50 then it says sync failed. Happened few times
