IPad gives an "Error" Message … Your iOS is out of date. Please upgrade to at least version 5.1.
The iPad is only one year old, just. How do I upgrade it or should I ignore the message?

I had to go to Settings, General and the link to upgrade iOS 6.0.1 was there.
I don't use this iPad very often…
