For Christmas today I got an iPad mini, and made a completely new iCloud email address thus creating a new apple I. d. I have had no problem downloading paid apps, however I am getting an error message telling me to contact apple about in app purchases.As I said this is only a problem in app and I already checked that in app is enabled in my settings. Ideas much appreciated!
