I work for a company that goes in people's houses and cleans. We cleaned a guys house and after we left we went back to our base and he said we stole his iPad.It's been 5 months and now my manager is saying we have to go to court because of the iPad. Like does he have proof? Like how can he take us to court. And what' will happen in court. And can I do anything to defend myself. And I hear they take a lie detector test but how can that be accepted in court.By the way I live in nj if that helps
