For christmas this year my stepdad gave me an ipad mini. He and my mother are now getting divorced, and because he thinks i'm the reason to blame, he's trying to take the ipad mini back, and gifts he gave my mother. I'm 19, and i want to know the legal standing i have, so i can throw it in his face. I don't believe it's legal, i know it isn't if your in a relationship, but i wasn't sure about this case.
