Norton 360 comes up with error 8504, 100. Firefox works fine until an update is requested, then no connection after accepting or denying the update request. Safari and IE have no connection to the internet at any time. Downloaded AVG Free but it doesn't have internet connection to finish installing.
Itunes can't connect and other programs don't have internet. However, all other devices in the home (ipad, smart phones) work perfectly fine on the wireless router at all times.
What is going on? How will I be able to get a working anti virus to run a scan and remove any issues?
