I have recently bought an Ipad for college and I'd like to know whether it would be more efficient to annotate my pdf textbooks via the Goodreader app or annotate the pdf textbooks on my laptop while taking notes on a word document? I'm having concerns about using Goodreader for annotation purposes (it's great for reading the pdfs) because when I will want to study for an exam, it will be cumbersome to find all of the annotations pertaining to certain chapters and so forth. What do you guys think? Is there an app for the Ipad that will allow me to more efficiently annotate and organize my annotations? Thanks.
