I am going to England and Scotland for two weeks in arch and I a curious about the best way to have internet access. I am going to buy an Ipad but I'm not sure which one to get.Do I really need a cellular plan or will the wi-fi be fine.i just want to be able to skype or use facetime to talk to my family and use facebook.
Added (1). I am going with a study abroad group, but we not going to be on a school campus at all. If I get cellular plan it there an international option that's temporary?
