I have a 3rd generation iPad that I purchased in september.It is in new condition, black, 16GB, with wifi capability. There is nothing wrong with it, I just need the money. What are somethings to consider before I do? How do I make sure I have wiped the memory? Is $400 still a fair price to ask for it?

Added (1). I do have the original package it came with, as well as the charger, and documents and apple stickers.It is in excellent condition.
