I think I am a insomniac. I can't sleep! I need a solution. I have to wake up for school Monday at 6 am! That's when I have been going to bed these past days. I went to bed at 7 pm and I shut off my lights and I could not sleep what so ever.My mom tells me I need to get off my ipad after 7? I wasn't even on it and I still. Couldn't sleep please help!!!
