Well i dont know whats wrong with my charger, i plug it in and it wont charge my ipad, i waited till it fully died and it said it was charging, then when the apple sign comes on after its charged enough it comes up with the charging sign saying its working, however it will only work when i run my battery down until it dies, other than that it wont charge? help me please
