The message states "iCloud Backup - This iPad hasn't been backed up for 3 weeks. Backups happen when this iPad is plugged in, locked, and connected to Wi-Fi." I click "OK" but the box stays. I can't use my apps or even turn it off because this box is still there.
How do I get my iPad to work again?
Added (1). I tried holding the power off button for 10 sec and that didn't work.
I don't know how to back it up. I don't even know how to use iCloud. Please help.
