Recently, I ordered a keyboard case for my iPad from China off of Ebay. Sadly, I received the wrong item and now I'm jumping through hoops to get everything fixed. One piece of information. The seller keeps requesting is a QC code on the item I did receive, but I honestly have no idea what they mean. I'd really appreciate some help on this one, guys!
