I want to wipe my ipad and I don't know whether I will get my photos back off that ICloud thing I know that you can get apps back but not photos, if I can not get photos back I will not reset becuase most of them are important to me. All I need to know is whether you get photos back from iCloud or any other app like Dropbox.
