The problem started a few days back.My laptop suddenly stopped opening browsers, saying that it could not connect to the internet despite an excellent connection and despite the ipad being able to connect. I was told that it was probably a virus and Norton would not open, so I decided to reset to factory condition.
The laptop can now open browsers and surf the Web, but it can take up to 10 minutes for a page to load with excellent signal strength. I use Orange wireless broadband and can't see a way to reset it.
Added (1). Aye, it's 54mb but it has always been stable. Opening web pages has never taken 10 mins before. :(
