With all these ipads and electronics, how many people kick it old school and read a novel with a flashlight? Even when it is daytime I make it dark and whip it out.It just makes whatever you're reading more interesting.
I would think it's not that healthy to be staring at a screen 24/7, even if you're expanding your knowledge.
