As we've probably all seen now days there are 15 year olds walking around with a phone, iPod, iPad, laptop and just about everything you can else you can imagine, but as most of you will also know this image stretches past just the one age to kids as young as 12 and as old as 17.
so the question i put to you all is; should their be some kind of age limit on the use of certain technological devices?
please present you opinions and arguments in as much detail as you'd like.
