I knocked my ipad off and it landed screen down but it was working for a minute and the charge was 100% and then a minute later it was 1% and it went off and it doesnt charge at all. When it is off the screen is black with purple dots and then when I turn it on it comes up with the apple sign and then it goes white an then goes straight off
