I have the iPad 2 any just recently (after I have updated to IOS 6.1) whenever I go to download an app, it appears on the home screen and says "waiting" and stays like that.It doesn't download. Any suggestions? I have already tried rebooting the iPad and nothing happens after that. HELP!!!
