If you're just sitting at your car parked in a parking spot near a fishing spot on your iPad and all of the sudden someone approaches you with a gun in hand and tells you to drop everything and leave the vehicle causing you to pull out a gun on him, which then causes him to shoot you and triggers you to shoot back into him, who would be at fault here?
Also, I honestly don't know how else to word the question. I didn't use any periods, how would you word a question that long and detailed so it doesn't run on like that?
Added (1). Would this change in any way if the bad guy didn't order you to do anything, just pointed a gun at you and said something like "Can I borrow your car keys?" would this lessen their offense?
