Salutations.
I have recently obtained a 16GB iPad 5th generation. I installed a few apps on it, free and paid, but when I went to sync it with an older iTunes account it syncs the music but *NOT* any of the apps - to say nothing of the appdata.
I've got purchases on my iTunes account (music) that, also, have not synchronized with my iPad.
More:
-The iOS and iTunes are the most updated version - (6.1.3 and 11.0.4.4 respectively).
-The computer and iPad have both been restarted
-The cable is plugged in just fine
-I have attempted to sync via Wi-Fi and via cable - neither works
-"Automatic transfer/synchronization" is enabled on both iTunes and my iPad
