So i was on my ipad and i brought my charger to my aunts house and i was charging my ipad but its losing percent.like it was at 22% when it was charging it went to 21% then 20% when i was at my house getting my stuff ready i actually brought my iphone 5 charger (which has the same outlet as my ipad) and i started to charge it but it wouldnt charge.is it because of my iphone charger?
