My sister is trying to set up her apple Id account. She is at the right age it has said it worked but now when she try's to log in on the iPad it is saying it is incorrect. We have tried it loads of time and it is right! So we tried to do it again but now it's saying her card details are not working she has a debit visa an when we put all the details in correct bit it's still saying no :/ please can you help?
