I'm confused should i get an ipad mini or a galaxy note 8.0?
and is the 16 GB version enough or should i go for 32?
I've heard that the samsung's software takes over about half of the storage capacity.so only about 9 GB is left for use, and even if theres an expandable storage it can't be used for apps
