The past few times I have charged my Ipad 2 it will not charge to 100% further it will take longer to charge even to its max, usually between 79-86% but no mater how long I leave it charging it wont reach 100%. this is what I have tried; full reboot, un install and re install, current osi, wall plug, other cords, battery doc app. but nothing has worked. any help? I have owned it for not quite 2 years, but I do use it everyday, so maybe the battery is bad? (over worked and under paid?)
