I live in an apartment complex that has ethernet and wifi but the wifi is really weak and all my devices keep getting disconnected. I can use an etehrnet cord for my laptop but my phone, ipad, and roku use wifi.My question is, how can i improve the wifi signal. Would getting a router help? Because i was under the impression that routers were only good if you were paying for your internet through a cable provider or something?
