I'm in the market for an iPad as a gift for my brother. I am looking into getting him the 32 GB model, as he has a fair amount of music. The question I have is, how many GB is it really? I know some storage space is taken up by the operating system. I just was wondering how much exactly. If I had to guess, I would say around 27-28
