It seems to be impossible for me to access files offline on my iPad off of Google Drive, even though I have set them to Off-Line regime, and also impossible to add any of these files, while offline or not, to Goodnotes.
Wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if there is any way at all to get documents off of my PC to save and open on the iPad, Drive or not.

Added (1). *Keyword here is OFFLINE, as I don't get wi-fi access on every part of campus!
