The only reason I ask is because I am going to a cyber security conference and at the end they have a huge prize drawing. Last year, the only people who won were the state employees with state seals on their business cards. These people were walking out with arm fulls of ipads and such.
Added (1). Will, because I want to make up a business card and put something on it that looks like the state seal so I can win too. Last year they actually drew my card and threw it away. I seen them do it
